UK casino terms, read for you

About us

A guide to Gambling Commission-licensed casinos that reads the terms so you do not have to. What we cover, how we are funded and how scores stay independent.

All British Casinos is a guide to online casinos licensed by the Gambling Commission. It reads the terms so you do not have to: every operator gets a terms sheet setting out who holds the licence, what the welcome offer's significant terms say, which payment methods are published, how withdrawals work and which safer gambling tools are available.

What the guide covers

  • Reviews and terms sheets for operators with an active GB remote licence.
  • Bonus guides that explain wagering, caps and expiry under the rules in force since 19 January 2026.
  • Payment guides to the methods operators publish, from debit cards to Pay by Bank.
  • Game guides explaining RTP, volatility and the stake limits on online slots.

We write for players in Great Britain. Operators without an active Gambling Commission licence do not appear on the site at all.

How the information is gathered

Everything comes from public documents: the Gambling Commission's public register, operators' terms and conditions, bonus rules, help-centre pages and app store listings. We do not open accounts, deposit, withdraw or play, and we never claim to. Where a document does not state something, the page says so rather than guessing. The scoring method explains how those documents become a score out of 10.

How the site is funded

Some links to operators are affiliate links. If you open an account through one, the operator may pay us a commission. That income pays for the site. It does not buy a review, a score or a place in a ranking: scores come only from the six published criteria, and operators without a commercial arrangement are scored and listed in the same way. The full arrangement is set out in the advertising disclosure.

What we will not do

  • List or link casinos that are not licensed in Great Britain.
  • Explain ways round GAMSTOP, deposit limits or age and identity checks.
  • Use pressure, urgency or promises of winning.
  • Write content aimed at, or likely to appeal to, anyone under 18.

Who writes it

The guide is edited under the pseudonym Eleanor Hartley, and the editorial team page explains why, along with the roles behind each page. To report a mistake or an out-of-date term, use the contact page.
