Casino reviews A-Z: every UK casino brand checked against the register

An A-Z register of 267 casino and bingo brands: licensed ones reviewed and scored out of 10, the rest stamped "No GB licence" with what that means for you.

Each casino review on this site is a terms sheet with a score out of 10, built from the operator's own documents and its Gambling Commission register entry. The register at the foot of this page lists 267 brands from A to Z. 133 hold an active Gambling Commission licence and have a full review covering the same ground: who holds the licence, what the welcome offer requires, how deposits and withdrawals work and which safer-gambling tools are available. The other 134 are brands people in Great Britain search for that hold no GB licence; each has a short page saying what the register shows, carries a "No GB licence" stamp instead of a score, and is never ranked or linked. The best rated online casino here is simply the one whose paperwork is clearest and fairest, not the one with the biggest headline.

18+ only. Gambling can be addictive - play responsibly; our responsible gambling page explains limits and where to get help.

Top rated UK online casinos with full reviews

The table ranks twelve of the highest-scoring licensed operators; every brand, licensed or not, is listed in the A-Z register at the end of this page. Welcome offers are shown with their significant terms; where an operator has no casino offer on its terms sheet, the cell stays empty rather than being filled with a guess.

The reviews now span casino-first brands, bingo sites and sportsbooks with a casino attached. Bingo-led operators such as Sky Bingo and Double Bubble Bingo are scored on exactly the same six criteria as casino brands, so a high place for a bingo site reflects its terms and tools, not a different scale.

How each casino review is put together

A review starts with the Gambling Commission register: licence holder, account number, licensed activities and notified domains. It then works through the operator's terms and conditions, bonus rules, help-centre pages, payment pages, safer-gambling pages and, where they exist, app store listings. Facts go into the terms sheet only when a document states them, with the wording kept close to the source.

Nothing in a review comes from opening an account or playing. That has a cost - there is nothing here about how a lobby feels - but it means every statement can be checked against a public page. Where a document is silent, the review says the terms do not state it.

The six scores behind every review

CriterionWeightWhat it looks at
Licence20%Active GB remote licence, licence holder named, domain on the register
Terms25%Wagering, caps, expiry and how clearly the significant terms are shown
Payments15%Methods, minimum deposits, pending periods, withdrawal times
Safer gambling15%Deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs, self-exclusion, GAMSTOP
Games15%Range of products and named game providers
Transparency10%How easy the documents are to find and how much they disclose

The overall score is the weighted mean, rounded to one decimal place. Labels follow from it: 9.0 and above is Excellent, 8.0-8.9 Very good, 6.5-7.9 Good, 5.0-6.4 Fair and below 5 Weak. The full method is on how we rate online casinos.

All casino reviews by licence holder

Grouping reviews by the company that holds the licence shows which brands share a business behind the scenes. The groups below are the best-known licence holders behind several brands each, led by Rank Interactive with seven; many smaller white-label brands share platform accounts in the same way, and each review names its licence holder. Brands under one licence holder often share terms and payment set-ups; the casino sister sites page explains this in detail.

Among the best-known brands, these have a licence holder to themselves: MrQ (Tek Fox Ltd, 60629); Midnite (Midnite Limited, 101839); NetBet (Netbet Enterprises Limited, 39170); 666 Casino (Jupiter Gaming Limited, 67098); Amazon Slots (Jumpman Gaming Limited, 39175); Buzz Bingo (Buzz Bingo Digital Limited, 57594); Lottoland (EU Lotto Limited, 38991); Pub Casino (L & L Europe Limited, 38758); LuckyMate (Anakatech Interactive Limited, 48789); Hollywoodbets (Hollywoodbets International UK Limited, 53028); kwiff (Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, 44448); Lottomart (Maple International Ventures Limited, 51833); 888casino (888 UK Limited, 39028); Betfred Casino (Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited, 39544); BetGoodwin (Goodwin Racing Limited, 2927); William Hill Vegas (WHG (International) Limited, 39225); bet365 (Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, 55149); Virgin Bet (Virgin Bet Limited, 54310); Casumo (Recro Limited, 61549); Slots Temple (Digital Division Ltd, 58086); BoyleSports (Boylesports Enterprise, 39469); Jackpot City (Betway Limited, 39372). A single-brand licence holder is not better or worse in itself; it simply means the terms sheet stands alone rather than mirroring a sister site.

What makes an online casino legit in the UK

A legitimate online casino for players in Great Britain is one licensed by the Gambling Commission - nothing else makes it legal to offer games here. A safe casino online goes further: it shows significant terms next to its offers, keeps wagering within the 10x cap that applies from 19 January 2026, verifies age before any play, takes part in GAMSTOP and offers deposit limits from the first deposit. Trusted online bingo sites are held to exactly the same standard, since bingo needs its own remote licence and the same safer-gambling rules apply.

Reviews flag the things that fall short of that: an offer whose terms are only in a PDF, a payout process with no stated timeframe, or a safer-gambling page that does not explain how to set limits.

Using a review to make your own choice

A top rated casino is not automatically the right one for you. Someone who wants low deposits will weigh the payments section more heavily; someone who never takes bonuses may ignore the terms score entirely. Read the parts that match how you play, compare two or three operators, and use the casino sites hub if you want a list built around one priority. Top rated online slots and slot reviews have their own section under online slots.

The A-Z register: every brand on the site

Each entry shows either a score out of 10 (an active Gambling Commission licence) or a stamp: "No GB licence" for brands that are not licensed to serve Great Britain, "Closed" for brands that have stopped trading here. A stamped brand's page explains what the register shows and how to check any casino yourself on the Gambling Commission register.

Questions readers ask

Are these casino reviews based on playing at the casinos?

No. Every review is built from public documents: the Gambling Commission register, terms and conditions, bonus rules, help-centre and payment pages, and safer-gambling pages. No accounts are opened and no money is deposited.

Why do some reviewed casinos show no welcome offer?

Some operators, such as betting-led brands, have no casino welcome offer in their published terms, or the terms do not state one. The table leaves the field empty instead of filling it with a guess.

Does a higher score mean I am more likely to win?

No. The score measures licence details, terms, payments, safer-gambling tools, games and transparency. Every casino game has a house edge, and no score changes your chances.

How often are casino reviews updated?

Offers and payment terms change often, so each terms sheet carries the date it was checked. Always read the significant terms on the operator's own site before you deposit.

Why are brands without a UK licence listed at all?

Because people search for them. Their pages say plainly that the Gambling Commission register shows no GB licence and what protections a player in Great Britain would not have. They are never ranked, scored or linked.
