BetFoxx review: a licence claim the regulator denied

BetFoxx is an offshore crypto casino and sportsbook with no GB licence. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission says it never licensed it.

Our verdict

No GB licence

BetFoxx holds no Gambling Commission licence, and the Kahnawake licence it claimed was publicly denied by that regulator on 12 September 2024.

Worth knowing

  • No Gambling Commission licence
  • Licence claim denied by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission
  • No GAMSTOP, stake limits or wagering cap
  • No ADR for withdrawal disputes

BetFoxx is not licensed in Great Britain, and the licence it displayed has been publicly disowned by the regulator it named. This BetFoxx review explains why the brand, an offshore crypto casino and sportsbook, gets no score here and what that means for anyone in Great Britain who comes across it.

The Kahnawake warning of 12 September 2024

BetFoxx claimed on its site to be regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. On 12 September 2024 that commission issued a public notice saying BetFoxx "is not authorized, licensed, or regulated by the Commission and has no legal authority to claim to be so licensed." So the licence badge on the site was not backed by the regulator it named.

A false licence badge matters beyond the legal detail. The licence notice in a casino footer is the first thing most people use to judge whether a site is safe, so a brand that borrows one is misleading its customers at the very first step.

BetFoxx casino and the GB register

The Gambling Commission register files of 2 November 2026 show no business, trading name or domain matching BetFoxx. There is no account number and no licence holder. Under the Gambling Act 2005, a site used by people in Great Britain needs a Commission licence wherever its servers sit, and providing gambling here without one is an offence carrying up to 51 weeks in prison, a fine, or both.

BetFoxx withdrawals and complaints

BetFoxx withdrawal times, bonuses and promo codes are left out on purpose. The Commission warns that unlicensed sites may block payouts or set withdrawal limits too high to reach, and with no ADR provider and no GB licence there is nobody in the UK system to take a complaint to. A complaint about a UK casino follows a set route; for BetFoxx that route does not exist.

Telling a real licence from a badge

Read the account number in the footer, then look it up on the regulator's own register rather than trusting a logo. For Great Britain, the register must show the status as Active, Casino among the activities and the site's domain on the list. The licence check guide walks through each step, and the reviews A-Z already marks every brand.

Questions readers ask

Is BetFoxx legit?

BetFoxx has no Gambling Commission licence, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has said it never licensed BetFoxx despite the claim on its site.

Can people in the UK use BetFoxx legally?

No operator may offer gambling in Great Britain without a Commission licence. BetFoxx has none, and none of the GB protections apply there.

Is there a BetFoxx no deposit bonus or promo code?

Any such offer would sit outside UK bonus rules, including the 10x wagering cap, so none is described here.

Who can help if a BetFoxx withdrawal is stuck?

Nobody in the UK system. BetFoxx has no approved ADR provider, and with no GB licence the Commission has no hold over it.
