Casino Days review: licensed elsewhere, not in Great Britain

Casino Days holds licences outside the UK but no Gambling Commission licence, so it is not a licensed option in Great Britain.

Our verdict

No GB licence

Casino Days is licensed in Curacao, Kahnawake and Canada but holds no Gambling Commission licence and is not aimed at Great Britain.

Worth knowing

  • No Gambling Commission licence or register entry
  • Aimed at markets outside the UK
  • Not covered by GAMSTOP
  • No GB approved ADR route

Rhino Entertainment launched Casino Days in 2020 for markets outside the UK, and the Gambling Commission register has no entry for it. This Casino Days review therefore comes to a simple point: it is not licensed to offer gambling to players in Great Britain.

The Casino Days licences and the companies behind them

The brand works through several companies and licences, none of them British:

  • Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2023/159/0076, held by White Star B.V.;
  • a Kahnawake permit, held by Indigo Nova Ltd.;
  • registrations in Ontario and Alberta, held by Golden Nebula Limited.

Each of these lets the brand operate in a particular place. None is recognised in Great Britain, where only a Gambling Commission licence counts.

A brand built for other markets

Casino Days is aimed at Canada and other markets outside the UK, and information published about the brand has listed the United Kingdom among its restricted countries. Searches for a Casino Days no deposit bonus or spins offer usually lead to promotions written for those markets. They are not GB offers, and this page does not describe them.

Why a Canadian licence does not carry over

The Gambling Act 2005 applies to remote gambling used in Great Britain wherever the operator is based. A licence from Ontario, Alberta, Kahnawake or Curacao answers to its own regulator and its own rules. It does not bring GAMSTOP, the £5 slot stake limit (£2 for 18 to 24 year olds), the 10x wagering cap or access to an approved ADR provider such as IBAS. Those protections apply only if the business has a Gambling Commission licence.

Finding a casino that is licensed here

No one under 18 may gamble. To confirm any brand, take the account number from its footer, search it on the register and check that it is Active, covers Casino and lists the domain. The guide to checking a UK licence shows the steps, and our list of UK-licensed casinos includes only brands that pass. Support with gambling worries is on the responsible gambling page.

Questions readers ask

Is Casino Days legit?

Within its own markets it holds licences from Curacao, Kahnawake, Ontario and Alberta. None of them is from the Gambling Commission, and only that licence counts in Great Britain.

Can I get the Casino Days no deposit bonus in the UK?

Offers advertised for Casino Days are written for other markets, and the brand has listed the UK as restricted. This page does not describe them.

What are the Casino Days sister sites?

Casino Days belongs to Rhino Entertainment. For GB players, sister sites only matter when the brands share a Gambling Commission account, and Casino Days has none.

Is there a Casino Days app for UK players?

Any app would carry the same licences as the website, none of them British. Licensed GB apps show a Commission account number.

What about a Casino Days withdrawal problem?

A GB approved ADR provider would not handle it, because Casino Days is not a GB licensee, and the Gambling Commission does not resolve individual disputes.
