ZetCasino is an international casino reported to run under an Anjouan licence; it has no Gambling Commission licence and lists the UK among restricted countries.

Our verdict

No GB licence

ZetCasino is reported to hold an Anjouan licence and has no Gambling Commission licence; reviews list the UK as a restricted country.

Worth knowing

  • No Gambling Commission licence
  • Own site names no regulator
  • Not connected to GAMSTOP
  • No UK ADR route for complaints

The short answer for this ZetCasino review: the casino holds no licence from the Gambling Commission, and independent reviews list the United Kingdom among the countries whose residents cannot open an account. Below are the company reported to run it and the licence it is said to rely on, neither of which protects a GB resident.

Operator and licence reported for ZetCasino

ZetCasino launched in 2018 as an international online casino. Reviewers name Araxio Development N.V. as the operator. The casino's own about page names no regulator; it says only:

"All required licenses present."

Third-party reviews state that the licence comes from the Gaming Board of Anjouan, in the Comoros. A licence from Anjouan is not a licence for Great Britain.

A similar name on the register is not ZetCasino

The Gambling Commission register files of 2 November 2026 contain no business, trading name or domain for ZetCasino. The only near match is an inactive domain, zetbet.com, under account 39483, which belongs to an unrelated business. A similar spelling on the register says nothing about this casino, which is why the domain itself must appear in a licence entry before it counts.

What GB law says about unlicensed sites

Under the Gambling Act 2005, anyone offering remote gambling to people in Great Britain needs a Commission licence, wherever the business is based. Without one, the GB rules do not apply: no link to GAMSTOP, no £5 slot stake limit (£2 for 18 to 24 year olds), no 10 times cap on bonus wagering, no ban on credit card gambling and no approved dispute service.

The UK on ZetCasino's restricted list

Reviewers report that players from the UK, the USA, Sweden and other countries are restricted from using the site. That restriction is the operator's own choice. It is not a sign that any GB body has looked at the casino, and it gives no GB protection to anyone who gets past it. Because there is no GB licence, a complaint cannot go to a UK ADR provider, and our guide to complaining about a UK casino only applies to licensed operators. Stepping back from gambling

GAMSTOP blocks all GB-licensed gambling sites for a period you choose, and gambling of any kind is for adults aged 18 and over. The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare on 0808 8020 133, is free at any hour, and our responsible gambling page lists further support.
