Grosvenor Casinos review 2026: welcome bonus, live tables and payouts

The online side of the Grosvenor casino chain: a £40 bonus plus 100 spins for a £20 deposit, live tables including its own exclusive games, £5 minimum payments and most withdrawals within 15 minutes.

Our verdict

Score: 7.7 out of 10, good

Grosvenor Casinos is the Rank Group's casino brand, licensed in Great Britain under account 57924, with exclusive live games, £5 payments and 15-minute payouts, but welcome-offer wagering that the banner does not state.

In its favour

  • Licensed under Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, account 57924
  • Most withdrawals paid within 15 minutes, per the payments page
  • Evolution live tables plus Grosvenor's own exclusive live games
  • £5 minimum deposit and withdrawal by Visa

Worth knowing

  • Welcome bonus wagering and max win not shown on the banner
  • Welcome offer needs a £20 deposit; Paysafecard excluded
  • Cards without Fast Withdrawals take 1-3 working days

Grosvenor Casinos is the online casino of the Rank Group's Grosvenor brand, licensed by the Gambling Commission and run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, so it is a regulated choice for players in Great Britain. This Grosvenor Casinos review finds a welcome offer of up to £40 plus 100 spins for a £20 deposit, live tables that include Grosvenor's own exclusive games, £5 minimum payments and most withdrawals paid within 15 minutes - but a bonus banner that does not show its wagering figure.

The Grosvenor welcome offer and what the banner leaves out

The current welcome offer is: £40 slots bonus plus 100 bonus spins on Big Bass Splash after a £20 first deposit.

Significant terms

Min deposit £20; Paysafecard excluded; bonus up to £40 on selected games; wagering and max win apply (figures not shown on the banner)

The promotions page sets the entry point at a £20 first deposit, not £10 as at many rivals, and Paysafecard deposits do not qualify. In return you receive a bonus of up to £40 on selected games and 100 spins on Big Bass Splash. The banner then says only that "wagering & max win apply" without giving the multiple or the cap.

What can be said with certainty is the legal ceiling: since 19 January 2026, GB-licensed operators cannot require bonus funds to be wagered more than 10 times. Anything between zero and that limit is possible here, and the maximum win could be decisive, so open the full bonus terms before depositing and look for three numbers - the wagering multiple, the win cap and the expiry. Our guide to significant terms explains where these usually sit. For background on the spins game, see our Big Bass Splash review.

The terms do not mention a promo code for the welcome offer, and no no-deposit bonus is described.

Live casino, slots and the rest of the lobby

Live dealer games are the brand's strongest link to its venues. The live casino page promises top titles from Evolution, other leading providers and Grosvenor's own exclusive live casino games. The site menu also covers slots, jackpots, table games, poker and a sportsbook, plus a section about the land-based Grosvenor casinos.

Slots at Grosvenor Casinos follow GB rules: £5 maximum per spin, or £2 if you are 18-24, no autoplay and at least 2.5 seconds per spin. Live tables have no such stake limit but run with a minimum game cycle of 5 seconds under GB design rules.

Payments from £5 and 15-minute withdrawals

The payment methods page lists Visa, Mastercard (debit only), PayPal, Apple Pay, Instant Bank Transfer and Paysafecard for deposits only. For Visa the minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are both £5; Paysafecard deposits start at £10. Grosvenor does not accept credit cards or American Express cards.

On timing, the page says most withdrawals are processed instantly and paid into your bank within 15 minutes. Cards that do not support Fast Withdrawals take 1-3 working days. ID documents may be requested before a payout, and a pending withdrawal cannot be reversed. Our fast withdrawal casinos page compares stated payout times.

Licence, history and the app

The footer names Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, registered in Gibraltar under number 120385, and states that it is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 57924 for GB customers. The register lists grosvenorcasinos.com under that account, which also carries Rank's online bingo and casino brands such as Magical Vegas and Mecca Bingo. The homepage says the business has over 50 years' experience in gambling, a reference to the land-based chain.

The iOS app, Grosvenor Casino Games & Slots, was rated 4.1 from 12,891 ratings on the UK App Store (1 November 2026), with Grosvenor Casinos Ltd shown as the seller. That rating is lower than most large casino apps covered on this site.

Take-a-break, limits and self-exclusion at Grosvenor

The footer lists reality checks, take-a-break and net deposit limits, alongside self-exclusion. The safer gambling page explains that a take-a-break can run from 24 hours to 6 weeks and self-exclusion locks the account for 6 months to 5 years. Gross deposit limits, required for GB sites since 30 September 2026, are also part of the account tools.

Grosvenor is for adults only: 18+, with age and ID verified before deposit or play. See our responsible gambling guide for how limits and GAMSTOP work; the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.

Is Grosvenor Casinos worth joining?

It suits players who want live tables with a link to a real casino brand, low £5 payments and quick withdrawals. The welcome offer is harder to judge than its Rank sister Magical Vegas, which states 10x wagering and a £200 cap on its spins; at Grosvenor the higher £20 entry and unpublished banner figures mean the full terms need reading first.
