Reactions and the free spins multiplier
Like other Big Time Gaming Megaways games, Extra Chilli removes winning symbols and drops new ones in, which the studio calls reactions. In free spins, the win multiplier increases with every win and has no cap, so a long chain of reactions can build a large total. A round with few reactions stays small.
The free spins gamble wheel
When free spins trigger, you can take the spins offered or gamble on a wheel for more, up to 24. The gamble is optional, and like any gamble feature it does not improve the game's long-run return; it only changes the spread of outcomes. Deciding in advance whether you will gamble keeps the choice deliberate.
RTP range, maximum win and volatility
Because the RTP is a range, the exact figure depends on the build your casino runs, shown in the game information. One database gives a maximum win of 43,440x the stake; no other source confirms it. Databases also disagree on volatility, from medium to very high, so this page does not rate it. Online slots at GB-licensed casinos are capped at £5 per spin, or £2 for those aged 18 to 24.
Feature Drop and Epic Spins
Big Time Gaming's Feature Drop, which lets players pay to trigger free spins, is not available to UK players. Extra Chilli Epic Spins is a separate game with its own maths, so a lobby listing for it is not this game. For the studio's first Megaways title, see the Bonanza Megaways review.
Finding Extra Chilli Megaways at a licensed casino
None of the operators on this site has Big Time Gaming confirmed among its providers in its public documents, so no casino is listed beside this review. Search a GB-licensed casino's lobby by title or filter by Big Time Gaming, check the licence against the Gambling Commission register with the licence check guide, and open the game information to see the RTP. There is no demo on this site; licensed casinos may offer demo mode after age verification. The Big Time Gaming page covers the studio.
18+ only. The responsible gambling page explains limits, reality checks and support.
