The Fishin' Frenzy slot is Blueprint Gaming's 10-line fishing game: five reels, three rows, a Fisherman Free Games round triggered by three or more scatters, and fish symbols carrying cash values that the fisherman collects during the feature. The default build returns 96.12%, but Blueprint also supplies 94%, 93%, 92% and 90% versions, so the figure at any one casino depends on which build the operator runs. Volatility is listed as high: long quiet stretches between bigger wins are part of the design.

How the Fishin' Frenzy slot plays
The base game is plain by modern standards. Ten fixed lines, card and fishing-tackle symbols, and a scatter that does the real work. Three or more scatters in view award up to 20 free games. During those games the fisherman is the collector: when he lands, he picks up the cash values printed on any fish symbols showing on the reels. Without him the fish pay nothing extra, which is why the same round can return very little or a great deal.
After a win you can use a red/black card gamble. It is optional, it can wipe out the win, and it does not improve the long-run return - treat it as a coin toss on money already won.
Stakes, RTP builds and the GB spin limit
Blueprint's game sheet lists a stake range of £0.20 to £500 per spin, but the top of that range does not apply in Great Britain. Online slots at GB-licensed casinos are capped at £5 per spin, or £2 if you are aged 18 to 24. Because the RTP build is the operator's choice, open the help or paytable screen before you play: it states the return of the version in front of you. In theory a 90% build keeps about six pence more of every £1 staked over the long run than the 96.12% default, though any single session can land far from either figure.
Megaways, Jackpot King and other Fishin' Frenzy versions
This review and the spec card describe the original game, released online in 2014 and based on the Reel Time Gaming pub machine. Blueprint has since built a whole family around it: Fishin' Frenzy Megaways, The Big Catch series, Even Bigger Fish, Jackpot King versions and others. They share the theme and the collecting fisherman but not the maths. Fishin' Frenzy Megaways uses a variable reel layout, and Jackpot King versions are linked to Blueprint's jackpot, so each has its own RTP and rules. The features listed for the original do not include a bonus buy, so searches for a Fishin' Frenzy bonus buy usually concern later spin-offs. Whether a feature buy appears in any GB version depends on that game's own info screen.
Fishin' Frenzy free play and demo access
