Jackpotjoy review 2026: bingo or spins welcome offer, app and payouts

Jackpotjoy is a bingo and slots site licensed by the Gambling Commission and run by Gamesys Operations Limited, so it is a regulated and legitimate choice in Great Britain. In this Jackpotjoy review the short answer is: new players choose between £30 of bingo tickets and 100 spins for a £10 stake, the site combines 90-ball and 75-ball rooms with slots and live tables, and withdrawals are processed within 4-24 hours.

Jackpotjoy at a glance

The Jackpotjoy website is built around two halves of equal weight. The homepage describes a wide variety of bingo games, including 90-ball and 75-ball games and themed online bingo rooms, and sets a slots lobby beside them that features Roxor Gaming's Double Bubble and Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus. Live roulette, blackjack and baccarat with professional dealers complete the casino side, and there are free multiplayer games and free bingo rooms as well.

That balance is the reason to pick Jackpotjoy over a pure slots brand: one account, one balance and one set of limits for bingo, slots and live casino.

Who holds the Jackpotjoy licence

The footer names Gamesys Operations Limited of Waterport Place, Gibraltar, as the operator and says the company is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 38905. The Commission's register lists jackpotjoy.com under that account, with bingo, casino and betting activities.

Jackpotjoy sister sites on the same account include Double Bubble Bingo, MONOPOLY Casino and Virgin Games. They share the cashier rules and safer-gambling tools set out below, but each runs its own welcome offer and lobby.

The Jackpotjoy welcome offer: bingo or spins

The current welcome offer is: Choice: £30 of free bingo or 100 bonus spins on Fishin Frenzy The Big Catch 2 after a £10 deposit and £10 wager.

Both routes start the same way, with a deposit of at least £10, and both expire 30 days after that deposit. The difference is where the qualifying £10 is wagered:

• Bingo route: wager £10 on bingo and receive bingo tickets with an advertised value of £30. The terms say that value is based on £1 tickets, so the £30 figure assumes the £1 ticket price rather than the cheaper rooms many players use.
• Spins route: wager £10 on slots and receive 100 spins on Fishin Frenzy The Big Catch 2, at a 1p coin size across 10 lines. That is 10p a spin, or £10 of total spin value.

The bingo route suits regular bingo players; the spins route gives a clearer value because the spin size is fixed. Our bingo bonuses guide explains how ticket-based offers are valued.

Spin counts on the website and in the app listing

The homepage advertises 100 spins for £10. The UK App Store listing for the iOS app, read on 1 November 2026, describes 50 spins on Fishin' Frenzy The Big Catch 2 or £30 of bingo for the first £10. The figure shown on the offer page at the moment you register is the one that applies, so check it before depositing. The public terms do not mention a Jackpotjoy promo code or a no-deposit welcome bonus. Because a deposit is needed, this guide calls them bonus spins rather than free spins, whatever the banner says.

A sports welcome offer of £10 in free bets is available as an alternative choice at sign-up; it replaces the casino or bingo offer rather than adding to it.

Jackpotjoy bingo rooms and slots

Bingo is the core: 90-ball, the traditional British format, and 75-ball, the faster five-by-five game, plus themed rooms and free bingo rooms. If you are new to the formats, our 90-ball bingo guide covers how the three prize lines work.

On the casino side, the named studios are Roxor Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Blueprint. Roxor's Double Bubble, the slot that also gives its name to a sister bingo site, is one of the featured titles. Slots follow GB rules: a maximum stake of £5 per spin, or £2 for players aged 18-24, no autoplay and spins of at least 2.5 seconds. Those stake limits do not apply to bingo tickets or live tables.

Searches for the best Jackpotjoy games to win usually mean high return-to-player titles. RTP is set by each game and shown in its information panel, not by the casino; our RTP guide explains why a stated return is a long-run average, not a prediction.

Deposits, withdrawals and the Jackpotjoy app

The deposits help page lists Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay (iOS and macOS), Google Pay and Instant Bank Transfer, with a £10 minimum per deposit. E-wallets are not listed, and credit cards have been banned for gambling in Great Britain since April 2020.

Withdrawals are processed within 4-24 hours. Banks that support Visa Direct then pay out within 4 hours; other Visa payouts can take up to 3 working days, and Mastercard and bank transfers up to 1 working day. The operator may ask for documents before paying out, and a pending withdrawal cannot be cancelled back into the balance.

The Jackpotjoy app for iOS is rated 4.7 from 33,601 ratings on the UK App Store (1 November 2026). If you plan to download Jackpotjoy, use the official store listing only.

Jackpotjoy limits, cool-offs and GAMSTOP

The help centre offers deposit and net deposit limits, with 24-hour cooling-off before increases apply, session limits and session reminders. Cool Off periods run from 24 hours to 6 weeks; self-exclusion lasts 6 months to 5 years and covers the Gamesys sites together. GAMSTOP, the free national scheme, is explained in the help centre too.

Jackpotjoy is for adults only: 18+, and age is verified before you can deposit or play, including free rooms. Our responsible gambling guide lists the tools available, and the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.

Is Jackpotjoy worth joining?

For a player who splits time between bingo and slots, it covers both with one account, a choice of welcome route and a mainstream card-and-wallet cashier. The banner terms for the spins do not say whether their winnings are paid as cash, as MONOPOLY Casino and Virgin Games state for theirs, so read the full offer terms before choosing the spins route. Players who mainly want bingo might also compare Sky Bingo, which states no wagering on winnings from its £20 bingo bonus.
