Golden Winner Grand Chance slot review: cherries, bells and a grand pot
Inspired's fruit-machine style slot pairs cherries and bell multipliers with a Grand Chance Cherry pot, Fortune Bet and a free spins bonus.
The Golden Winner Grand Chance slot is a fruit-machine style game from Inspired Entertainment, played on five reels and three rows with 10 paylines. Its headline feature is the Grand Chance Cherry, which carries a grand prize pot worth 250x the stake, and the provider caps any single win at £500,000. The top RTP build is 94.5%. Its printed bet range is one of the details that changes in a GB lobby, as the stakes section explains.

A pub-style layout with modern extras
The look follows the British fruit machine tradition, with cherries and bells on a compact 5x3 set of reels. Wins pay along the 10 lines, and the extras are layered on top: bell multipliers, Fortune Spins and a pseudo-progressive bonus. A gamble feature is also listed by the provider; it lets a player risk a win for a chance to increase it, and it can also lose that win, so it is worth deciding in advance whether to use it at all.
Grand Chance Cherry and the free spins bonus
Three or more Bonus symbols in the base game trigger the Free Spins Bonus. The Grand Chance Cherry is separate: it is linked to the grand prize pot worth 250x the stake, which is the feature the game is named after. Because the pot is defined as a multiple of the stake, its cash value depends on the bet size: at the GB maximum of £5 per spin, 250x comes to £1,250.
Golden Winner Grand Chance RTP: 94.5% or 92%
Inspired lists two builds, 94.5% and 92%. The gap of two and a half percentage points matters over a long session, so the information screen inside the game is worth a look before the first spin. The provider does not publish a volatility rating or a release date for this title, and the spec card leaves those fields empty.
Fortune Bet, Bonus Buy and the GB stake cap
Fortune Bet is a premium stake that buys a higher chance of triggering a bonus, and Bonus Buy gives direct access to the bonus round. Both raise the cost of play. The provider's bet range runs from £0.10 to £90, but in Great Britain online slots have been limited to £5 per game cycle for adults since 9 April 2025, and to £2 for players aged 18 to 24 since 21 May 2025. Any premium stake counts towards that limit, and whether a casino offers Bonus Buy at all is its own choice. See the slot stake limits guide for the detail.
Rising, Halloween and the original game
This page covers the original title. Golden Winner Grand Chance Rising is a separate release with RTP builds of 94.5%, 93%, 92% and 90%, a top bet of 80 and a maximum win of 1,000,000. A seasonal version is covered in the Golden Halloween Winner review. Check the full game title in the lobby, as the names are close.
Golden Winner Grand Chance demo and casinos that list Inspired
Inspired's own channels and licensed casinos with a demo mode are where a Golden Winner Grand Chance demo can be found; nothing is playable here. A GB-licensed operator must verify age and identity before opening even the free version, a rule in place since 7 May 2019. Among the operators carded here, Fluffy Spins and LuckyMate name Inspired among their providers; they appear beside this review. Bonus spins offers, and the 10x wagering ceiling that has applied to them since 19 January 2026, are covered on the free spins bonuses page. Players must be 18 or over; the responsible gambling page has the helpline and limit tools.
