Buzz Bingo review 2026: online bingo, welcome offer, licence

The online site of the Buzz bingo clubs, licensed in Great Britain under account 57594: a £40 bingo bonus split between online credit and a club voucher, or a £20 slots bonus.

Our verdict

Score: 7.6 out of 10, good

Buzz Bingo's online site is licensed in Great Britain under account 57594, with low 4x wagering on the online part of its bingo welcome bonus and daily £5,000 Full House prizes. Payments and withdrawal times are not on its public pages.

In its favour

  • Licensed under Buzz Bingo Digital Limited, account 57594
  • Low 4x wagering on the £30 online bingo bonus
  • Live bingo with daily £5,000 Full House prizes and monthly £100,000 jackpots
  • Timeout from one day to six weeks, self-exclusion and GAMSTOP signposting

Worth knowing

  • £10 of the £40 bingo bonus is a club voucher, not online credit
  • Payment methods and withdrawal times not published on the public pages
  • Slots welcome bonus limited to 10p spins

Buzz Bingo online is the internet side of the Buzz bingo club chain, run by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited under a Gambling Commission licence. This Buzz Bingo review reads the website, its safer gambling page and the UK App Store listing: new players choose a £40 bingo bonus, of which £30 is online credit with 4x wagering and £10 is a club voucher, or a £20 slots bonus with 10x wagering. Live bingo rooms pay a £5,000 Full House every day. Payment methods and withdrawal times are not set out on the public pages, so they are covered only in general terms.

Buzz Bingo online: licence and the club connection

The site footer states that buzzbingo.com is operated by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited, which is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission (UKGC) under account number 57594. The register shows the same account with buzzbingo.com and buzzcasino.com as its domains and bingo, casino and linked gambling software as its activities.

The land-based clubs are run by a separate company, Buzz Group Limited, which is also named as the seller of the iPhone app. That split explains part of the welcome offer: the club voucher can only be used in a Buzz club, while the online credit is handled by the licensed online business. This review covers the online site; opening hours and facilities at individual clubs are outside its scope.

The Buzz Bingo welcome offer: bingo or slots

The current welcome offer is: £40 bingo bonus (£30 online plus £10 club voucher) after staking £10 on bingo; alternative £20 slots bonus.

Significant terms

First deposit only; stake £10 on bingo within 14 days; 4x wagering on the online bingo bonus; slots option £20 bonus with 10x wagering and 10p max spin

Both routes apply to the first deposit only and need £10 of qualifying stakes within 14 days of opening the account. They then work very differently:

RouteQualifying playBonusWagering
Bingo£10 on bingo within 14 days£40: £30 online plus a £10 club voucher4x on the £30 online bonus
Slots£10 on qualifying slots within 14 days£20 slots bonus on the same slots, 10p maximum spin10x

Worked through, the bingo route needs £120 of bingo stakes (4 x £30) before the online bonus becomes cash, and the voucher is only worth having if you visit a club. The slots route needs £200 of stakes (10 x £20), and with spins capped at 10p that means at least 2,000 spins. At the GB minimum of 2.5 seconds a spin, that is well over an hour of play. For most players the bingo route is the quicker one to clear; 4x is among the lower requirements on a bingo bonus, while 10x is the most GB rules have allowed on bonus funds since 19 January 2026.

One discrepancy is worth knowing. The UK App Store listing, checked on 1 November 2026, describes the alternative as 200 spins for joining, depositing and playing £10, whereas the website terms printed above describe a £20 slots bonus. Check which version the cashier shows before you choose. The bingo bonuses page compares welcome offers on the same points.

Bonus codes and promotions for existing customers

The welcome terms on the homepage do not mention a Buzz Bingo bonus code: the offer follows from the first deposit and the qualifying stake. Promotions for existing customers, and offers such as 10 spins on a named slot, are not described in the public terms. Any that appear must follow the same GB rules: no more than 10x wagering on bonus funds, and no single offer that mixes bingo with casino or betting.

Live bingo rooms and the £5,000 Full House

The app listing describes online bingo and live bingo rooms, with daily Full House prizes of £5,000 and monthly jackpots worth £100,000 that it says are available only to Buzz players. Ticket prices, room schedules and the ball formats used in each room are not set out in the listing, so check the lobby before you buy. For how the main formats compare, see the online bingo sites guide.

Buzz Bingo online slots, Slingo and casino games

Beyond bingo, the listing names slot games, jackpots, Slingo and casino games. The homepage features a row of exclusive Games Global titles and a weekly slot selection. Buzz Casino, at buzzcasino.com, sits on the same licence account. Every slot follows the GB stake limit of £5 per spin, or £2 for players aged 18-24, and the slots welcome bonus is tighter still at 10p a spin. Slingo explains the slots-and-bingo hybrid.

Paying in and taking money out at Buzz

Payment methods, minimum deposits and withdrawal times are set out in the operator's own cashier and terms rather than on the public pages. Whatever the method, credit cards cannot be used for gambling in Great Britain (since April 2020), a pending withdrawal cannot be reversed to keep playing, and identity documents may be requested before a payout. The casino withdrawals guide walks through each stage.

The Buzz Bingo app

The UK App Store entry, checked on 1 November 2026, reads: iOS app "Buzz Bingo - Slots & Casino", rated 4.2 from 723 ratings on the UK App Store (1 November 2026); seller Buzz Group Limited. Several hundred ratings give the average some weight. The listing says the app carries online bingo, live bingo rooms, slots, jackpots, Slingo and casino games, so the product is the same as on the website.

Safer gambling tools at Buzz

The safer gambling page lists deposit limits and reminders, a Timeout from one day up to six weeks, and a self-exclusion tool that blocks the account for six months to five years. It also signposts GAMSTOP, the free national scheme at gamstop.co.uk that blocks every GB-licensed gambling site at once. Buzz Bingo online is for adults only: 18+, with age and identity checked before you can deposit or play. The responsible gambling page sets out support, and the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.

Buzz Bingo sister sites

The register entry for account 57594 lists two domains, buzzbingo.com and buzzcasino.com, so Buzz Casino is the direct sister site. Among other licence holders, Mecca Bingo is the closest comparison: it also connects online play with land-based clubs, and its payment options include cashing out at Mecca clubs.

How Buzz Bingo rates

Buzz Bingo scores 7.6 out of 10. It earns credit for a clearly stated licence, low 4x wagering on the online bingo bonus, daily £5,000 Full House prizes and a full set of time-out and self-exclusion tools. It loses points because £10 of the headline bonus is a club voucher, payment and withdrawal details are not on its public pages, and the slots alternative is described differently in the app listing.
