  • Withdrawal times not stated

Gala Bingo is a bingo-first site licensed by the Gambling Commission for players in Great Britain, with more than 20 rooms in five formats from 30-ball to 90-ball and tickets from 1p. This Gala Bingo review is built from the official help centre and the UK App Store listing: together they confirm the licence, the room line-up, a Playtech random number generator, a £2,000 cap on single deposits and deposit limits that take effect at once when lowered. The current welcome offer is not set out in either source, so it has to be checked on the site.

Gala Bingo rooms and ticket prices

The UK App Store listing (1 November 2026) says the Gala app has more than 20 bingo rooms, running daily online games, free bingo and live bingo in 30, 50, 75, 80 and 90-ball formats. That spread matters because the formats play differently:

  • 90-ball is the traditional British game, with line and full-house prizes and the longest games.
  • 75-ball is played on a square card, usually for patterns rather than lines.
  • 80, 50 and 30-ball rooms call fewer numbers, so games finish faster.

Free bingo rooms let you play without buying tickets, although the listing does not give their schedules or prize rules. Room names, start times and jackpot sizes sit in the lobby and change often, so treat the lobby as the source for those. With 1p tickets available, the cost per game can be kept very low; the more useful control is a deposit limit, covered below.

Slots, Slingo and live tables at Gala Bingo

Gala Bingo is not only bingo. The casino help pages say the site hosts thousands of casino games from multiple providers, and the app listing adds Slingo, online slots and live casino tables such as roulette and blackjack. Individual studios are not named, but the legal page states that game outcomes are generated by the Playtech Random Number Generator (RNG), which tells you whose platform runs the games.

Slingo, a mix of a slot reel and a bingo grid, is the natural crossover for bingo players; our Slingo guide explains how it plays. On slots, GB rules apply in full: a maximum stake of £5 per spin, or £2 if you are 18-24, at least 2.5 seconds per spin and no autoplay. Roulette and blackjack are outside the slot stake limit but follow the five-second minimum game cycle set for other casino games.

Gala Bingo bonus, free spins and bonus codes

Neither the help centre nor the app listing sets out the current Gala Bingo welcome offer, a bonus code or a free spins deal, so none is quoted here; new-player offers are published on the operator's promotions pages and change often. Whatever is on offer when you look, the same questions apply:

  • Is a deposit and stake needed first? If so, the tickets or spins are a bonus, not something free.
  • What is the wagering multiple, and on what? GB rules cap wagering on bonus funds at 10x since 19 January 2026.
  • When do the tickets, spins or bonus funds expire?
  • Which rooms or games count, and is there a cap on winnings?
  • Are any payment methods excluded from the offer?

Since the same date, a single incentive may not cover more than one product type, which is why bingo sites now tend to offer a choice between a bingo bonus and a slots bonus rather than both in one package. Our bingo bonuses guide explains how ticket bonuses and their terms usually work.

Payment methods and the £2,000 deposit cap

The help centre's payment methods page lists Google Pay, Pay by Bank, Apple Pay, debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), bank transfer, NETELLER, PayPal, paysafecard and Skrill. That page is shared across the group and is not filtered by country, so check which methods the cashier shows for your account before you deposit. Credit cards cannot be used for gambling in Great Britain, including through e-wallets funded by a credit card.

Two help-centre rules are worth knowing in advance. Single deposits are capped at £2,000 for UK customers, and you can use up to three payment methods in any 30-day period. The first will rarely affect a bingo budget; the second matters if you like switching between cards and wallets. Withdrawal times are not stated in the help centre. Reverse withdrawals are banned in Great Britain, so a pending payout cannot be cancelled to keep playing, and the operator may ask for identity documents before paying out.

Gala Bingo app and mobile play

The Gala Bingo app is rated 4.7 from 50,633 ratings on the UK App Store (listing checked 1 November 2026), the largest rating count of the Gala brands. It carries the bingo rooms, Slingo, slots and live casino in one place. Android availability is not covered by that listing, so use the operator's own site for the current Android route rather than a third-party download.

Deposit limits and self-exclusion

According to the help centre, deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly. Lowering a limit applies immediately; raising one takes effect only after 24 hours, which gives you time to change your mind. Every GB-licensed site must prompt you to set a limit before your first deposit, and since 30 September 2026 gross deposit limits must be offered. For a break from every GB-licensed site at once, GAMSTOP at gamstop.co.uk offers self-exclusion for six months, one year or five years.

Gala Bingo is 18+ only, with age and identity verified before you can deposit or play. Our responsible gambling page covers the tools in more detail, and the National Gambling Helpline is free and confidential on 0808 8020 133.

Who runs Gala Bingo, and its sister sites

The legal page states that GalaBingo.com is operated by LC International Limited, licensed by the Government of Gibraltar, and that for customers in Great Britain the service is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission. The Commission's register lists galabingo.com under account number 54743, with casino, bingo and several betting activities. The same account covers Gala Casino, Gala Spins, Foxy Bingo and Coral: the licence holder and help-centre rules are shared, while the product mix differs. Gala Bingo is the one built around bingo rooms.

Gala Bingo rating

Gala Bingo scores 7.0 out of 10. It earns credit for a clear GB licence, a broad room line-up with penny tickets, a long list of payment methods and limits that can be cut at once. It loses ground because the welcome offer, withdrawal times and casino studios are not documented in the help centre.
